How it works
We provide platform for qualified personnel to store, manage, distribute information concerned with their:
- Professional qualification
- Professional experience, including previous and present assignments
- Academic background
- Preference in finding new professional opportunities/assignment
- Personal information to the extend of identifying a given individual
The given information is not checked nor verified on any instance and is structured as a professional profile of an individual who can amend and update the same as per his/her preference. The module provides functionality of storing documents related to professional profile, build CV as per the latest formats, provide periodical information on present or preferred assignments.
Access for individuals (as user) is given after registration and log in procedure. Profile is secured by two-factor identification and can be available for a user for:
- Storing and recording professional data
- Sharing his/her professional profile with third parties (colleagues, prospective employers or other)
- Searching for professional assignment
Based on matching and filtering the professional qualification and periodical data – a given profile is promoted for suitable requirements and information on such ones is provided to the user for further reference. Proceeding of any requirement is strictly under the discretion of the user and prior to entering in particular contractual relationship with either an employer or other concerned party, information related to any possible assignment is not bounding the user in any manner.
Administrator
Storage, security and handling of any information contained in the module is managed by the owner and administrator of the site being company Titan. We apply market most advanced policies and technics for protection of information, two-factor identification and top level of security and back up of our servers and data processing hardware. The administrator serves as a connector between the individuals having particular academic and professional experience and expertise and third parties being interested in any such experience and expertise. In some cases the administrator could also provide other services either to third parties and/or to individual, while these are always subject to a definite agreement to be signed between the parties outside of the module.
Individuals/users
The module is accessible through the administrator’s web side and is available to any visitor with limited information provided on the profiles of registered users. Registered users have access to the general information along with access to the respective personal profile (own or third person provided the credentials for log-in being used).
Third parties
Third parties are individuals and corporate entities interested in individuals having particular expertise and professional qualification. These could be direct employers, contractors, brokers or other.
Information
Any information listed in a personal profile can only be amended by the user him/her-self. From time to time Administrator can prompt the user to update his/her information in the respective profile, while information in the same remains strictly under the discretion of the user itself. Information concerned with a requirement from a third party matching the profile of a user is provided by the administrator to the user direct by email to the address given in the profile.
The Administrator is not responsible for the fulness of the information provided either side – from user to third party or from a third party to the administrator unless such responsibility is agreed and accepted in another agreement between the parties.
The parties also acknowledge and agree that any information concerned with a user or an assignment will be used only for the purpose of matching knowledge and experience of an individual with demand of such knowledge and experience in form of possible assignment with a third party.
Responsibility and liability
The administrator will not be responsible for the fullness and quality of information contained in any given personal profile. The same will also not be liable toward any party for any misuse or wrong interpretation by any third party of the information or data available on the module unless any such liability been regulated in separate contract. Any individual, user or any third party concerned with the information contained in this module wave any responsibility and liability of the administrator for the use of the information in the module, save lawful misconduct or gross negligence.
Any third party being interested in the information contained in the module, in particular personal profiles and professional experience of users is responsible for the truthfulness of provided information on prospective assignment, but also for handling any information obtained by the administrator the same way as if handled by the administrator itself.
Users also wave any responsibility of the administrator for any down-time of the web site, servers or speed of upload/download of any materials to/from the module. Any user of the module acknowledges that assignment is subject to particular procedure, outside the module and the service herein is concerned with supporting the connection between demand and supply of qualified personnel and as such – assignment is not guaranteed. Administrator also reserves its right to suspend and remove an used from the module shall any information in his/her personal profile be found misleading, insulting or not matching the common sense and usual use.
Contact
Contact between any registered individual/user and third party is arranged by the administrator. In addition to the service emails concerned with registration of the profile, change of information in the same, users will be contacted by the administrator by email with news and updates and also with possible assignments, which match their profile or preference and any individual being registered in the module gives his/her consent to be contacted by the administrator with emails related to his/her profile, eventual assignments or other.
Other services
The administrator may provide additional services outside of the module, subject to separate agreement between the parties.
